Tired In The Afternoon?

I've found that at around 3-4pm I could fall to sleep very easily. Not allowed at work and like torture when it's mummy-daughter day, so I've been having a pick me up...it works.

Half a block of Lindt 85%+

2tblsp coconut oil

2tblsp kerrygold butter

1cup frozen blackberries, (from the garden, frozen immediately)

I gently melt the chocolate on low heat add the berries, once the chocolate is melted I stir in the oil and butter, delicious and it wakes me up.
