So I was thinking of purchasing the InnerBalance Sensor for IOS from heartmath.
I want to do this right when I wake up and right before bed, but it occurred to me I should not be
exposing myself to the blue light coming from my phone before bed.
So I found these screen protectors for smart phones and tablets that block out blue light so you can
use your devices at night without jepordizing sleeps.
They're called sleep shields.
Does anyone have any experience with these? Or a better suggestion?
