I am just starting the bulletproof diet. I am trying to follow the suggested daily servings. However, I have a question about the amount of fat. If I make my bulletproof coffee with one tablespoon of organic grassfed ghee and one tablespoon of MCT oil, do I count this a 9 of the 11 servings of fat for the day? i do not have a problem eating fat, but wonder if there is such a thing as eating too much fat; I do not have the runs. I just want to make sure to include the right amount of fats.
