So whats the deal with avocado oil? It says its processed with heat, so Im guessing it comes oxidized by default? Is it extracted from the seed or from the flesh usually? I generally don't use it with cooking, just for making mayo sauces. Olive oil mayo is pretty gross, but some eggs, avocado oil and spices is fantastic.
