I live in Norway, would check it out if I lived in USA.

I'm not really qualified for that, to be honest. Maybe some other time I'll dig into it.
I think it's somewhat of a stretch to think that we can interpret the numbers ourselves without proper training/experience. Best bet - find someone who does 'functional medicine' or 'anti-aging' and work with them.
Everything I learned about "biohacking" has been baby steps to "circadian biology", that's where the real biohacking comes in. You can buy a bunch of cool shit to "hack" but if you don't have context, you're not winning. Paleo is just a brand now and too many have opinions, it's on you to read and reread the material to not only find truth but to connect the dots. Much love to everyone who has helped me on my journey for restoring my health, please keep in touch. Feel free to message me with health questions [email protected]
Another question! I was told to fast at least 12 hours before getting blood drawn or else the cholesterol and blood sugar tests will be inaccurate. Does this mean no BP coffee/tea? I think of that as prolonging a fast, but their definition of fast seems to be zero food, only water. Will drinking BP coffee/tea throw off the results?
No sorcery, just science.
Oh yeah?! Here in the United States of America we get free magazines to read while we bleed to death in the emergency room. Take that!
