Is The Coffee Part Of Bulletproof Really That Important?
Opinions outside of BP are mixed on the benefit or detrement of coffee in your diet. I personally am careful abou caffeine consumption and even find decaf hard on my stomach. As such the vanilla latte version is awesome. My take is that getting the fat is far more important than the vehicle used to ingest it. I think coffee is just an easy option since so many consume regularly in the morning already. Thoughts?
