I would like to ask about your dosage of MCT oil to your morning coffee. My stomach handles MCT pretty well. Goal is lose weight.
And also to ask if you add anything else like protein, hydrolized collagen, etc.
Two tablespoons or about 30 ml.
I use 30ml too, but I built up very slowly, as it can give you issues if you have too much too soon.
Start with a little MCT or Brain Octane oil, then work your way up: As your body transitions to running on energy from healthy fats, it has to relearn how to create energy. Start with a teaspoon (5ml) of Brain Octane and work your way up slowly to avoid a funny little diversion I like to call â€œDisaster Pants.â€
I did 5ml for a week, then with no issues, moved to 10ml for a week, then 20ml, finally 30ml. If you used too much you'll know. Drop back down again for a few days before trying an increase again.
