Busy Lifestyle + Constipation Problem
I have a problem with constipation,
I follow BP-diet, and it is working overall very well.
But I have few issues.
Just to paint the picture of my usual day:
IÂ´m attending school, working during the nights, train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu(which IÂ´m competing, and looking to going down 3 kg to get to lower weight class) and IÂ´m currently launching my own business.
Height: 175 cm
Weight: 75 kg
HereÂ´s how my usual daily diet looks:
some where around between 8-11 am:
BP-coffee (I use little raw cacao with it, together with MCT and grass fed butter)
First meal between 2-3 pm:
First meal, protein somewhere around 30g with veggies, butter.
Second meal at 8 pm.
IÂ´ll go to bed around 3 am.
when I have really busy day (including all the things mentioned above) IÂ´feel bit hungry.
Should I have more protein meals?
Should I have post-workout protein shake? IÂ´m able to get organic rice protein for free (donÂ´t ask why
I also have issue with constipation, please help!
