Any tips on staying bulletproof in Marocco? I will take my own coffee, MCT + Brain octane with me. Does anyone know if they have grass fed butter over there?
I think eating in Marocco can be very bulletproof (or at least responsible low carb). Enjoy the meals with fresh vegetables and meat (lamb!) or fish; especially the tajine, Harissa and Merguez. Avoid couscous and briouat.
As an Mediterranean country, I assume they bake everything in olive oil. I don't think they use much butter at all.
What's most important to me is avoiding aflatoxins. I will go for fresh vegetables and lamb/fish then with avocado. Thanks!
