Hacks For Waking Up More Easily? And Feeling More Refreshed?

hi all, I know this is a complicated subject and has to do with how well and how much sleep you're getting but just wondering if there are any tricks or clever ways to make THE WAKING UP PROCESS less difficult ... been googling and seeing things like set an alarm 30mins before your wake up time and take a caffeine pill lol but hoping for something that might a little healthier that might actually be beneficial etc...
