Introducing Foods Early
My baby just turned 5 months old, and she has shown interest in eating, so we've tried giving her avocado and butter (less than a tsp each time). Today we decided to give her carrots mixed with butter, and she just had that 2 seconds ago and seemed to really like it.
-have I done anything wrong so far by introducing food so early? (thinking butter might be bad for food allergies b/c dairy or whatever)
-can I add some salt yet? Should I?
