Rapid heart beat and exhaustion
First let me say that I love this diet. I'm only on day 4. I've lost 8 pounds already, so I'm thrilled. For the most part, I feel better. I'm not bloated, puffy, foggy, etc. But, I woke up yesterday with a very rapid heart rate. Felt like my heart was pounding. Had a very hard time getting through my workout. I was so exhausted that I became winded just getting up from my seat. Today, I'm slightly better. Heart rate still higher and I'm still exhausted, but not like yesterday.
Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be my body adjusting to the diet? Burning fat instead of carbs?
