Coffee on empty stomach triggers Acid Reflux, what should I try for BP fasting + polyphenols?

I want to get Polyphenols from coffee and also do intermittent fasting but having coffee on an empty stomach angers my stomach. It's worth noting that fasting on its own is already hard on my stomach, I get GERD on an empty stomach, but its somewhat manageable on most days.
Should I try decaf? or maybe just butter and XCT oil and skip the coffee altogether.

Anyone do no-coffee and get all their polyphenols from other sources?
