Using stress (HRV)
Might be a silly question but hey ho:
1) Does using the emwave device regularly make you less stressed?
2) When in a stressed environment will my body automatically lower my stress levels or do I have to consciously think about the heart open technique in order to lower stress levels?
In short, do I have to consciously beware of my breathing and thoughts when in a stressed environment or does regular sessions on the emwave automatically make me more relaxed in stressed environments?
