This is my first post. I've read a lot on here and reddit and tried to follow what I've read. I've tried a few different things to get a cognitive boost, but can't seem to get it right.
When I first started out, I'd take 200mg of Theanine with a Monster energy. The result was 4 hours of extreme focus and retention. But that only worked the first day. It was beautiful. The next 4 days I tried the same thing and just wound up with brain fog.
Later, I moved to a racetam/choline stack. I'd do 1600 mg of Piracetam, 750 mg of Aniracetam, and 300 mg of Choline. Again, it worked beautifully the first time, although I did get a bit of a headache. It hasn't worked since.
I have a ADHD and a very fast metabolism, and I've probably built up a hefty caffeine tolerance. Is there any advice you guys can give me beyond keep experimenting? I'm trying to take the GMAT soon and I'd do anything to replicate that first time.
