Intermittent Fasting 2 to 3 time a week

I'm wondering if it's possible to do Intermittent Fasting 2 to 3 time a week, and still get the benefit of weight loss and fat burning. I was thinking doing it Monday, Wednesday and Friday, or Tuesday and Thursday.

Does any one has experience on that ?

    Sure it's possible.
    Start with 2 or 3 days p/week. Whatever you will stick to. & monitor.

    You can always increase your IF days in the future, if you want to test/compare. & monitor again.
