How can I prepare my body for drinking wine , like two glasses . Sometimes I get very affected by just a few sips, it doesn’t matter if I eat or drink water during enjoying a glass of wine. I’m trying to understand in my body why this happens sometimes and not at other times. I enjoy a glass of wine about once a week,. I know some may say , just don’t drink. I could , just not drink , but why does the alcohol affect my body so much now . I’m in my 50’s . Is it a liver toxic thing, dehydration? I thought I heard Dave speak of this once before. Also, would charcoal help ? Any insights ?
