Anyone know the effects of each of the following on mTOR?
I'm especially interested in the first three. Just started experimenting with the BP diet and BP intermittent fasting.
And here's another one that could be interesting: a pickle. With a negligible caloric value, would it affect mTOR?
For those with midnight cravings could be useful along with coconut oil? (Which I understand does not affect mTOR if taken alone.)
