Things That Break The Fast And Things That Don't

Anyone know the effects of each of the following on mTOR?


- glutamine


- collagen

- whey


I'm especially interested in the first three.  Just started experimenting with the BP diet and BP intermittent fasting.


  • And here's another one that could be interesting:  a pickle.  With a negligible caloric value, would it affect mTOR?


    For those with midnight cravings could be useful along with coconut oil?  (Which I understand does not affect mTOR if taken alone.)
