Help With Injured Knee
About a year ago i hurt my knee training jiu jitsu, after 7 month with swelling and no signs of recovery i started the bp diet, i saw immediate results, the swelling went down and it felt like new.
Yesterday i decided to give it a try again and i went down to the gym. My first roll was good, i felt great, like i never left the gym.
Second roll started awesome , i pulled a triangle and transition to omoplata, i was holding my leg to bring his shoulder down and thats when he sliped and i pulled my lower leg sideways , hurting my knee again ( i know, i know , if i had him tight with the right technique it would have been avoided).
I tried to keep going but my knee was too weak.
When i got home i put some ice and elevate, ibuprofen and i took some upgraded collagen.
Is there anything else i can do to help my recovery ?
BTW i think im done with BJJ , cant afford 20k surgery with no insurance.
