Intermitent Fasting And Ketosis, What Will Prevent It?

Hi there, I'm new to the BP diet and lovnig the benefits so far.


I've also been following some hacking stuff from Tim Farris's 4hour body, especially the stuff with regards to maximising testorsterone. This involves having 3 brazil nuts and 2 caps of cod liver oil/fermented butter oil before bed and upon waking. Following the rest of BP diet I'm wondering if this is enough to take me out of ketosis? Apart from BP coffee in the morning I only eat between ~1pm and 7pm.
