Any Females Who Just Started Or Have Been Here For Awhile
By any chance do you have any inspirational stories of this plan... Like what actually happen when you first jumped on this plan? Did you start at a normal weight, or at a heavier weight? Do you do any hard workouts or take it easy? Do you follow it as written or do you avoid the IF and just eat when you need food but high fat still included?
I would like to know if any results from women who just joined or have been here for awhile and if they had any problems in the beginning or now..
