Project management methodologies PRINCE2 and PMP are very popular in the IT industry. I've read the PRINCE2 manual, it's a very good system.
I have Prince2. Its good for the CV apparently
A book I really liked was delivering happiness by Tony Hseih. Jim Collins' books are usually pretty interesting as well.

JCM is currently one of the leaders in leadership training. I highly recommend his work
Barbarians to Bureaucrats is a good one as well.
True North by Bill George is one of the best out there.
