Mineral Water

So I'm sure we have all seen Dave slugging down the San Pellegrino in his podcasts.....

How much is too much mineral water to consume in a day? We go through a couple of 750ml bottles each day between the two of us.

Are there any health concerns we should be aware of or can we continue to enjoy our bubbly water with abandon? :)

I drink a bottle of Gerolsteiner a day. I'll settle for San Pellegrino or Perrier if I have to, but I much prefer the taste of Gerolsteiner. There was a great article recently on the benefits of mineral water on the Perfect Health Diet site.

It has fluoride in it. I think it's calcium fluoride and not sodium fluoride, but it's something to consider.

  • Has anyone experimented with the double egg vortexer.

    Based on the ideas of

It somehow makes the water more smooth tasting, perhaps even slightly milky. I once visited a kinesiologist with vials of different water. My arm went weak with tap and filtered water. Filtered, vortexer water was neutral but filtered, vortexer water with mineral drops seemed to have a very beneficial effect. Very strong muscle response.
  • Going back to San Pellegrino. I, too, drink alot of that in a day. Can anyone tell me whether they think the chloride and other chemicals in it might be concerning? I looked it up the mineral analysis from the link above, but didn't find any reference ranges, so I can't tell whether it's problematic or not.
