The picÂture below was used in a case study on stress levÂels at St. Mary’s HosÂpiÂtal. Look at both dolÂphins jumpÂing out of the water. The dolÂphins are essenÂtially idenÂtiÂcal. A closely monÂiÂtored, sciÂenÂtific study revealed that, in spite of the fact that the dolÂphins are so simÂiÂlar, a perÂson under stress would find many difÂferÂences between the two dolÂphins. The more difÂferÂences a perÂson finds between the dolÂphins, the more stress that perÂson is experiencing.
