Felt "out Of It" After Eating
So today I ate around 1PM and didn't eat anything before that. I had a 3 egg organic omelet cooke in 2 1/2 tbsp of grass-fed butter and coconut oil with some bell peppers, salt and salsa and half an avocado. I ate it all in about 15minutes. As I left to go to my car and sat down I started to "space out" I felt like i was seeing my body from a third person view and just felt really weird It wasn't anxiety as I wasn't having any sort of discomfort. I just felt weird but my energy and everything else was fine. Could I have consumed too much fat and maybe that's why i'm a little spaced? I've had this feeling better on some supplements or after eating certain super foods. Any ideas on what exactly happened?
The only thing different from this meal from most of my other breakfasts is that I added about an extra tbsp of butter in my eggs today and just a tad more coconut oil and the eggs were the more expensive organic range free ones.
