  • Well didn't quite get the chance for a sibling for my daughter as I now appear to be starting menopause, my mother did at my age so I guess it's only natural. This might not be the right place for this post but I also appear to be losing a lot of …

  • After using upgraded coffee, nothing comes close. I'm still searching for good coffee here but I think it will be hard to beat and to trust any other coffee. Good luck the tea sounds awful, maybe try matcha tea.
  • Do you take magnesium powder at night? I think this may erode enamel, I rinse after mag and before MCT mouthwash before bed. I'm due a visit to the dentists can't wait to show him my repaired gums. Not sure about coffee though sorry.
  • Read and listen to the blog and podcasts at bulletproofexec.com and on iTunes upgraded self radio all the info is there, go with kerrygold butter or ghee and coconut oil. This is the best choice for your health.
  • I use hot water so that it's closer-ish to my usual morning cup of tea and I find it just tastes nicer. As for the Himalayan sea salt and one armed monks, I've tried it, I like it, it suits me, it's pink, I'm a girl, good enough for me /smile.png'…

  • My story is similar to yours. I have recently acquired the emwave2 which I use every night before sleep, it certainly makes for a peaceful transition to sleep. My next move is to get the Zeo to see just how much good sleep I'm getting. I underst…

  • I had some tiredness, dizziness and weakness at first as my body got used to the sudden changes...3 months on Im completely fine...you will get used to it, persevere, its worth it.
  • The short answer to this is, listen to podcast #17 on upgraded self radio on iTunes. You will learn why cheese isn't great and a whole lot more interesting info.
  • Hi Ric Thanks for your reply. As my main direction in health is to follow the BP Diet, because it is working for me (I believe in Dave and his teams methods and suggestions) could you please answer a few questions I have regarding Natures Sun…
  • We received our raw milk today, all packaged up and cold...good start. My daughter loves her bottle of milk at bedtime, so the taste test was down to her, drum roll... She drank it all, no comment, so that tells me it tasted no different to the …
  • It's not released yet should be by the end of the year I think. The better baby website can be located from a link on the bulletproofexec.com website. I'm looking forward to its release too.
  • I won't be drinking it other than maybe in a smoothie, my daughter will be the taste test, I hope she likes it, so much better for her. I will post the verdict next week once we get it.
  • Thanks for the link Rob, Ive just ordered some milk and butter for a trial run. My little girl loves milk and I loathe giving it to her at the moment, I will feel a lot better about giving her this raw milk. Another parcel in the post its like chr…

  • Good for you I totally understand the need to use the grey matter.
  • I put it down to the diet, supps, sleep and basically exercising my eyes, i read that looking away from what you are reading, often, and following shapes in the distance, midground and foreground is good for your eyes, so i do just that, a lot. The …

  • I started to fill in my daily supps, sleep, diet etc in a couple of Apps on my iPad, but found this was just another thing I felt I had to do on my long list of things to do as a wife and mum working 2 jobs at 40 hours a week and soon realised that …

  • It beat me...I'm sure it's a fab product but not for me, I've ordered Dr Kowalskis pure encapsulations potassium iodide capsules, should be easier to swallow. Maybe the garden might like the kelp powder.
  • After 6 weeks on BP my gums are tight, no more pockets, no more tooth sensitivity. I'm so excited to be able to tell my dentist I will no longer need the very expensive treatment he told me was necessary or my teeth would fall out within the next 2 …
