  • yeah ok, I think i'm going to scale back to 100mg and try to build up to 200mg.  The headaches are too intense, kind of like the way it was with MCT oil when I first started.  I had to gradually build up.
  • Dyson,   Best thing to do is take it out of fridge in the morning and then don't put it in the fridge at work and by lunch time it's room temperature.  I do this all the time, rarely have to use micro for anything. sometimes re-heat rice or me…
  • Not the best source for reliable information, but his is why sushi is on my list of stuff I'd like to remove. I normally eat it at work and can only get if from a supermarket, so freshly made stuff anywhere nearby.   http://www.dailymail.co.uk…
  • Good topic. Obviously people have been eating wheat and grains a long time. Its just unfortunate what we have done to grains nowadays with the soil, round up, etc. I was listening to a podcast on Sean Croxton's site Underground Wellness. I d…
  • Lisa - do you have any input on this.
  • actually if you look at Upgraded Whey it has Soy Lechtin, apparently it's hard to process the whey without it. Dave's quote You might be surprised to see soy lecithin on the label of Upgraded Whey. We couldn’t make the powder work without a …

  • I don't know, green beans are very hard, I'd be worried they wouldnt crush up enough and I would chomp down on a bit and loose a tooth. They are equivalent to unpopped popcorn kernels. Interesting study though, I may try it out. I just received my…
  • Sure, I buy green beans from Sweet Marias in the Bay Area http://www.sweetmarias.com/index.php. I really should upgrade my setup and get a real roaster http://www.sweetmari...ters/sr500.html something like this, but it is a considerable investment …
  • I'm surprised I never hear of anyone roasting their own beans. It's dirt cheap compared to the alternatives, the freshest coffee you will ever have, and you can source it from the least toxic places on earth. I stick to Dave's suggestion of …
  • Start eating pastured eggs all the time. Throw minimum 3 raw egg yolks only into a protein shake. You will never know they are there. Eggs are probably the best bang for the buck literally. Source out high quality coffee and start drinking Bul…

  • Me too I thought I was going crazy wtf. At least I know other people are having the same problem. I switched to using Opera on my iPad.
  • I agree, this stuff just gets me worked up anyways. On a side note. Sean Croxton kicks ass, his site Underground Wellness is awesome and he usually has two podcast interviews a week. Don't get me wrong I love the podcasts here, but th…

  • Doesn't it cook the egg though? I was thinking of doing that but didn't want an egg drop soup consistency
  • We are human, everyone makes mistakes. If you get fired from a job for making one mistake, then that is not the place for you to work. Start working on brain hacking. Look in to using a nootropic like Aniracetam for more focus, etc. Proper diet c…
  • Thanks I did see this, it's one of the best ones out there

  • I remember someone saying from an earlier post buy a ton of it in the warmer months and freeze it to last you through the colder months. Pretty sure it would be fine for 6 + months.
  • Are you taking any medication? That can mess you up. I am similar body style to you and I have been losing weight consistently when I am eating the way you are. I only gained back any serious weight when I had to go on some prescription meds for a…
  • Am I SOL on ths one?
  • EJ, Could you explain the trace minerals in more detail. Is that some sort of multi-vitamin for just trace minerals? I have been looking to start taking them but didn't want to start taking another 5 pills, one for zinc, copper, selenium, etc…

  • you might want to try BP diet for a week first to get used to it before trying IF. Although, once you start drinking BP Coffee regularly, you naturally start doing IF, at least I do anyways. I just don't feel the need to eat breakfast when drinkin…
  • My experience with CO and MCT Oil is that I will get stomach cramps or feel a little dizzy when I take too much. I am still trying to figure out what is the optimal dosage for either. I just keep playing with the amounts. Yesterday I used 2Tbsp M…
